I sure hope so. The patches are at
ftp://iguana.hut.fi/pub/linux/Kernel/Patches
The last one I got was acct-1.3.70:
-rw-r----- 1 meskes staff 11338 Mar 4 10:09 linux/acct_for_1.3.70
They are kept up-to-date, so you don't have to handle with rejects.
