Bug#2469: #2014 (no more httpd log after rotate...)

I would like to give bit more info on that one:

1) the problem for me is more serious than previously said, as I have no
logging at all (ie: infos are not logged on the old httpd.log.n files nor on
httpd.log)! The server still works fine though, so where does the logging
information go???

2) after the cron.weekly script, both httpd.log and httpd.log.0 are and stay
empty. The latest logs before the script was run are contained in the
httpd.log.1.gz

3) after a reboot, everything seems to work fine again.
