OK - you've convinced me that you can't install all of the ncurses -4
packages together - I think my old ncurses-base was the -3 revision,
not the -4. This should probably be repaired by making ncurses-term not
conflict with ncurses-runtime. Ncurses-term depends on ncurses-base,
which both provides and conflicts with ncurses-runtime, so it doesn't
really need that conflict.

Please file a bug report.
