Moving packages to other dirs
It is becoming a bit confusing. For example libreadline is in directory
base, checking with dselect learns that libreadline is still in section
devel. This is due to the section entry in the control file. Why not make
the section entry required for uploaded packages and let the section
entry be the one who mandates where a package is stored. If I remember
correctly something like this was suggested for the automatic moving
mechanism (from incoming to distribution).
Making section a required field in the entry needs an update of dpkg,
it shouldn't build without the section field. Additionally we might make
the Priority field required, in this way the packages will field their
appropriate place without too much interference on master.debian.org.
