If the quick and dirty batch conversion was done on master.debian.org,
the packages would compile, but their "make source" and "make diff"
targets would make the old-style source.tar.gz and diff.gz files rather
than the new-style dpkg-source archives. This is something the developer
could repair before their next upload.
