Bug#2418: Netscape doesn't remove old files.

Can you tell me how you upgraded the package?  If 'postinst' detects
that an upgrade is underway, it tries to move /usr/bin/netscape to
/usr/bin/X11, exiting with an error if it is unsuccessful.
