That's only partly true.

What *should* happen is this: mirror detects a transfer aborting, and  
saves the .in. file with the date of the file wanted. When it starts  
again, it sees that the date matches, and does a REGET.

Unfortunately, this mechanism seems rather fragile, i.e. it often doesn't  
work. However, I've seen it work occasionally. Probably more debugging  
needed.
