Bug#1920: problems with Pine source build



As a new maintainer for this package I ran into all of these problems.

Thanks to a patch file from Rolf Rossien and some modifications to
debian.rules build, and the control files the source package should again
be buildable via normal methods (see the README file for details)

Yep.

Rolf's patch fixed these
