Bug#2306: xterm loses auto wraparound
Package: ncurses3.0
Version: 1.9.8a-4
I'm not certain this is an ncurses bug, but it's my best guess.
Lately my xterms have been frequently losing their "Auto Wraparound" setting
(settable from Control-Button-2). It appears to happen whenever an ncurses
program resets the screen, as just before terminating.
e.g. with TERM=xterm and Auto Wraparound enabled, run vi. Checking with
Control-Button-2, Auto Wraparound is still enabled; good. Exit vi. Auto
Wraparound has been irritatingly disabled. :-(
