I just mailed debian-user explaining this...

If you are using anonymous to mirror the archive you should STOP and then 
mail me directly for the account and passwd from which you should mirror. 
I will stop and start this account so that mirror accidents don't happen.

The mirror is going just as fast as it can from master.debian.org :)
