Bug#2220: INN feed password interacts badly with trn XMODE READER

Thanks. I have a feed site that also want to read. I didn't mean to
make their hosts.nntp entry password protected (I missed a colon), but
when I discovered the bug I thought it ought to be fixed.

Is ctlinnd still reliable like that ? I like the idea of not needing
localhost in hosts.nntp ...
