Package: sendmail Version: 8.6.12-9 (and -8 as shipped in 0.93r6) mail.local is installed mode 755, and as such can't write to user mailboxes. I haven't figured out a way it could work without being 4755/root (in particular, when run from sendmail as Mlocal, as run from rmail by uucp); if you could either enlighten me or fix contrib/mail.local/Makefile, I'd appreciate it...
