Corrected versions of the above packages are now on chiark.
cpp should probably go into the base section (I didn't check which
packages use /lib/cpp or /usr/bin/cpp)
!! After two attempts to upload the 7MB gcc-2.7.2-5.tar.gz file broke
!! with a write error, I gave up for now. In contrast to what
!! README.how-to-upload is stating, I was not able to delete the
!! 5.6MB and 6.4MB parts. Using ncftp I get
!! gcc-2.7.2-5.tar.gz: Permission denied. (Delete)

Note that these packages use the new relational operators in the
conflicts/depends fields, they were put together using dpkg-1.0.10.
Since there was some confusion what control fields for ccp & gcc
should look like, I'm including dpkg status output.
