When listing dependencies, should one be exhaustive or minialist? For instance: I'm putting together an elf Xpm library. It also has a -dev version. Now the main library has to depend on libc5 and elf-x11r6lib--should the -dev version list those as well, or just the dependency on the main xpm library package (which depends on those other things)?
