Bug#2148: procps: ps -l reads /etc/psdatabase, should read /boot/psdatabase

Package: procps
Version: 0.98-0

To find the kernel namelist, (and print symbolic WCHAN fields), ps
reads /etc/psdatabase. This is fine, but in Debian, the psdatabase
file is /boot/psdatabase (a symlink to the currently installed
kernel).

psupdate also writes to /etc/psdatabase, maybe it should write
/boot/psdatabase.new ?
