I tried to mirror it, but I had no success with mirroring 
ALPHA-TEST/debian-1.0. It seems that mirror needs read permission on 
ALPHA-TEST to do this. What works is to mirror 
ALPHA-TEST/debian-1.0/binary etc.

But this doesn't help too much, since ftp.debian.org is about the 
worst-connected site from here, that I have seen since our connection to 
the internet 3 years ago. I don't know where exactly the bottleneck is, 
but most of the transfers are aborted or give "file shrunk from ... bytes".

I would really like to see the development version back on the mirror sites.
