Bug#1430: `ical' version dependency oddities

I see:
 Package: ical
 depends: tcl(>7.3-3) | tcl(7.3-3), tk(>3.6-3) | tk(3.6-3), xbaseR6

The `>' operator in dependencies is a greater-or-equal operator, so
the extra alternatives are not necessary.

Furthermore, it should say `X11R6', not `xbaseR6'.
