Bug#1197: dpkg version 65 won't install
Bruce, did you make sure the file was fully uploaded before you
downloaded it ? Please check the file size and checksum against the
release announcement.
The file you have is definitely not the same as the one I have on my
net-connected system, from which I did the upload, and doesn't match
the copy of the release announcement I have here. The file I have
here is:
