Warning: /etc/rc.misc is going away

The next upload of the sysvinit package will no longer run programs in
/etc/rc.misc . It runs programs in /etc/rc.boot and in /etc/rc[0-6].d .
All of the packages that used to install things in /etc/rc.misc have
been updated, as far as I am aware. If not, now's the time.
