It is so informal that this is the first time I ever read about it.

My initial reaction was: Do we even need a policy for that?

If we are to have a policy, I second the one you are proposing here.
We then need to ensure it is documented on Teams/Games/Policy,
or it is going to stay as confidential as the previous one.
