LACT - placing inside games team

Hi everyone,

I am planning to send ITP for the LACT package

Description on wnpp is outdated, at first it only worked with AMDGPU.
Now it works with AMD, Nvidia and Intel GPUs.
Basically it's a tool that lets you tinker with your GPU, overclock,
undervolt, fan control.

Would it be reasonable to place it inside the games team?
GPU tinkering is not exclusive to gaming, but I'd say it's the most
common use case.
