Pianobooster 0.7.2 is already in Debian (unstable and testing):

Barak A. Pearlmutter upload it the 18th feb (thanks!!):

It is not possible to replace the original upstream tarball once it is
in the archive, so if the new upload was needed, it would need to be
with a different version name (appending .1 to the endo, or
+something, maybe).
