Request for a new project: pinball

Hello everyone,

Recently, I have adopted the pinball package [0]. I would like to add
this package in the gaming team repository, but I do not have
permission to create a new project.

Please, create a new project with name "pinball" and description
"Emilia Pinball Emulator".

I will upload the latest version of the package (0.3.1) and in a few
days the update to version 0.3.4 (or 0.3.5) of next release.
