[RFC] New release of PySol FC

Hi all!

Some other people and I have been maintaining a GitHub fork of PySol FC
over at https://github.com/shlomif/PySolFC , while the sourceforge.net
upstream at http://pysolfc.sourceforge.net/ have become inactive. Among the
enhancements are:

* It can now run under both Python 3 and py 2.

* A test suite was added.

* The code was adapted to pass flake8 validation.

* There is support for the automated solver for Black Hole and All in a Row.

* Support for dealing higher-seed MS Freecell/FC-Pro layouts as well as old
PySol layouts.

While there is still a lot to do, I feel that perhaps we should mint a new
release (say v2.1 ) and test it on Linux distros and other OSes.

Some complications:

1. There are new dependencies: random2, sgmllib3k, etc.

2. The Debian and derivatives' packages were patched downstream to accept
cardset themes with some files removed.

3. I wish there was a way to assume maint on the SF.net project, but last time
I checked I was told this functionality was removed (so much for not being
SourceForget).

-----

Should we just go for it?

Regards,
