A missing build-dep for hurd won't block testing migration, but
unfortunately it will for kfreebsd.
Either way it's simple enough to fix, just build-dep on
libbluetooth-dev [linux-any] and make sure that stk is built with
cmake -DUSE_WIIUSE=OFF on !linux archs. Anyways, fixed and uploaded.
