I think I did share my deduction of the file path as well.
On debian-based as well as rpm based all have been moving to /usr [0]
[1] [2] so its
/usr/share/games/megaglest/docs/AUTHORS.data.txt

ah ok. I didn't wanna get to it but since you are clarifying, is that
the only third-party contributions in the game ? Just those tracks ?
