Subversion/Git commit notifications via KGB

Hi!

I have set up pkg-games' Subversion and Git repositories to use KGB to 
relay commit notifications to #debian-games IRC channel.

If something doesn't seem to work as it should, please come complain 
to #kgb-devel or mail me.
