I however agree the part about printed works is maybe not too clear; I took it that printed works were allowed among other things, not that only printed works are accepted. I e-mailed image-after, so we should receive a definite answer on how to interpret this line. Furthermore, about 0.5, it contained a few sound effects that used a *definitely* non-free license - seems like they were missed, probably the packager back then assumed all of STK data was under GPL. All of those were removed in 0.6.
