Yes.  However, I just read the release update, and it is appearantly
advised to not upload to unstable in this case either, to make things
easier if an RC bug is found, and to spare the buildds.  Fine with me as
well. :-)  This means uploading to experimental (or waiting for the
release, but it didn't sound like that would happen really soon).

If you have problems reading my e-mail, use a better reader.
Please send the central message of e-mails as plain text
   in the message body, not as HTML and definitely not as MS Word.
Please do not use the MS Word format for attachments either.
