Introducing Crystal Entity Layer

I have committed Crystal Entity Layer to git (ITP: #282666).
It is lintian clean.

   Crystal Entity Layer (CEL) is a set of plugins and applications built
   on top of the Crystal Space SDK. CEL provides a set of commonly used
   abstractions to specifically help with writing games. CEL introduces
   the notion of an 'entity' which can be any kind of (visual or
   non-visual) object in a game. CEL also comes with a lot of useful
   plugins for 3rd/first person camera handling, physics, movement
   system, quest system, and so on.

You can look it as a game engine. CEL supports good 3D effects, and some
pretty games.

I will keep working on CEL, but it is a little difficult for me. :-(

HOWTO TEST CEL
1. execute "walktut -relight"
   You can use arrow keys to walk and look.
2. execute "celtst -relight"
   You can use arrow keys to walk and look.

PROBLEMS
1. Only walktut and celtst works currently.
2. No python support. I think it is a problem due to crystalspace.
3. Manpages needs improvement and polishing.
