Traditionally, the people in the Uploaders field are the ones who care
most about it. They are somewhat more responsible for those than for
the rest of our packages.

Or at least that's how I had the impression we settled it.

In other words, once I add my name to the field of a game I am saying
"from now on, expect more/sustained changes to this package from me".
When I remove it, I am saying "I kind of lost interest or don't have
time to take close care of this game".
