Current state of TA Spring licences and attributions?

Hi all,

I am trying to get an overview of what work was done to clear up the
issues surrounding TA Spring and what the remaining fields of work are.
At the moment, I would want to focus on the code itself as that will

  a) give others [on this list] an easier way to get addicted
  b) allows people to get content we will never be able to provide
  c) is the main thing, anyway.


If you know of stuff or know someone who could know, please let me
know.
