Planet Debian config

Hi,
i just moved the config of Planet Debian, it is no longer on anonscm and
no longer in SVN (YAY), it is now on salsa and as such in git.
If you want to edit the config to add/remove/modify a feed you now have
to clone
https://salsa.debian.org/planet-team/config
and edit there. Every DD has access, everyone else needs to ask (click
the request to join), similar to the alioth setup.
If you think "Hey, old svn had more stuff", you are right. I split off
all the "other stuff", like cron scripts, templates, filters, it now
lives in https://salsa.debian.org/planet-team/debian - and only Planet
admins have write access. MR welcome!
