Sorry for the late announcement... SPI's 2005 Annual Meeting will be held Friday, July 1, at 19:00 UTC on irc.oftc.net #spi. The public is welcome. Items on the agenda include: * Present and discuss the 2005 SPI Annual Report * Select officers for the coming year * Any other questions from the public will be entertained, time permitting. If you have an issue you want on the agenda (to guarantee time), please e-mail board@spi-inc.org ASAP. This year's meeting should be shorter than most; since no board member terms expire this year, there are no board elections to schedule this time. As a friendly reminder, I would like to reiterate that all Debian developers are automatically entitled to be voting SPI members, run for SPI offices, etc. There are a number of things that we could use more volunteer help with, so please contact us if you're interested in working on SPI matters. -- John
