I don't know if this will get to the -announce list as i'm not a real
developer, so if not please forward this to where you believe its
appropriate.

I've got some spare time and i'd like to get altgcc working again.

However i'd also like to know whatever anyone knows about the problem
(the link mentioned in the bugreport is dead), and also how i can
compile it in an appropriate environment (ie how do i not use my
gcc2.95.2). If thats a real problem, I have another crappy box I can
use for the purposes (with great difficulty tho).

Anyway, looking forward to whatever info you gurus have ;)
