When I said "there are no defaults", I meant it.  There is no system-wide 
TMDA configuration.  Installing TMDA is analagous to installing procmail, 
or maildrop, or any other mail filtering software.  In order to utilize it,
you must configure your MTA to deliver mail to it, and set up several 
configuration files (e.g. .procmailrc in procmail's case or .mailfilter in 
maildrop's case).

The whitelist is just a list of e-mail addresses.  I could include a 
"sample whitelist", but listing the "recommended addresses to whitelist" 
in README.Debian should be equivalent or better.
