Thanks.  You can add to the list some of the following
  switchconf
  intuitively
  laptop-netconf
  laptop-net
  whereami
  ifupdown-roaming 
(http://panopticon.csustan.edu/thood/ifupdown-roaming.html)
which do roughly the same thing as netenv and divine.
