Sure, because these have not been checked for licence problems and such,
and it may not have been legal to distribute them, right ? The files are
in incoming for a small time window though, aren't they ?
But does this really apply for a library package, where the only change
over an old version is the change of the soname ? Does this really need
manual override ?
