Users who want to install iiwusynth package Provided by another 
package may receive a message telling the new package name,
but apt-get dist-upgrade will not install the new package 
automatically. (or I think it is still the case)

That is probably why Jaldhar did it in the long-winded way of
providing a migrational empty package which only depends on the 
new package.
