new queue delay [ Was Re: query for package location in the new incoming queue ]

BTW, I'm experiencing big delay on the above packages, most of them were
uploaded on Feb 26, ocaml-book was uploaded on Feb 21(!) and is still in
"new".
They all require a manual change of the override file, but with the old
queue I always have to wait 3 or 4 days, not 20.

Are there problems or this is a "normal" delay for the new queue?

A bit worried because Woody is coming ...
