Bug#678937: desktop-base: Please make "joy-inksplat-wallpaper_1920x1080.svg" available as wallpaper for GNOME

Hi,

as the subject line suggests, it is currently not possible to select the
Inksplat variant of the new Joy wallpaper in gnome-control-center - even if it
is set as the prefered alternative via "update-alternatives --config desktop-
background". This should be due to the fact that /usr/share/images/desktop-base
/desktop-background.xml only lists the regular joy-wallpaper_*.svg files.
Please add the Inksplat alternative there as well or change this file to
consider the laternative chosen by the user.
