traditionally, debian-cd has embedded it's own isolinux configuration. i
filled a bug for that to being updated. once that has been updated, i'll
merge the files to syslinux-themes-debian (that gives the theme for
extlinux then), and embedd it in live-build too.
for wheezy, things should be easier. live-build (as of 3.x in
experimental) uses syslinux-themes-debian, so no embedded configs
anymore, no idea when debian-cd catches up.
for plymouth, these things should go into plymouth-themes-debian (new
package) which i'll finish soon.
