Hi Amir,
I really hope you reconsider this and don't leave Debian as an artist, as you are really needed here. As Robert Jaehne pointed out, there aren't too many people who know all the details about making a Debian theme.
And the last word about decisionmaking hasn't been spoken so far. As I see it, it's just two people talking, nothing more.
You have made a great artwork and showed a lot of skills. So let's relax and see what you like to do next.

I disagree, this is exactly the same thing. People are welcome to
participate in such a choice by making themes, preparing packages,
commenting stuff etc. and the final call should me made by relevant
people working on it, not by “everyone”.
