Aurelio has done syslinux splashes based on the grub splashes, for
regular debian cds and debian-live cds. I'll tweak the syslinux menu
config in order to place the menu correctly into the splash, and send
patches to sledge, so that the "MoreBlue Orbit" syslinux splash will be
used on the lenny cd/dvd etc. images (as well as including the same in
live-helper for the lenny live cd/dvd etc. images).
