Ok, either is fine with me. Although I still think it could be a good idea to
save the bandwidth or CD space. Note that "imagemagick" is most likely already
installed in a desktop system, since lots of packages use it (presumably in
the same way). I think it's just a matter of time untill one of those ~110
packages needs rsvg as well (given that "convert" is not usable for handling
SVG).
But then again, it's not a big deal for me.

I made a mistake. Instead of "2> /dev/null", I wanted to say "> /dev/null".
Also, if you provide the file in the package, I don't think you'll want the
"rm -f /..../...tga" in prerm.
Other than that, I tested the `debian-blueish-wallpaper-640x480.tga' file
you generated and it works fine with GRUB.
