Bug#459352: please provide 640x480 TGA version of debian-blueish-wallpaper.svg for GRUB

Ah, there's a third one.  GRUB Legacy images are limited by the fact that
GRUB Legacy always uses the same color (white) for text when using background
images.  This makes some color combinations in background impossible, because
they'd make the text unreadable.  With GRUB 2, one can easily adjust the text
color (16 color choice) that matches better with a particular image.

For debian-blueish-wallpaper.svg I'd use black, if that's fine with you.
