The coverage is pretty similar, but it supports less architectures ("only"
i386, amd64 and arm*, but no for archs like s390 or mips*).

The scope of package support is somewhat reduced (no games and a handful
of packages get dropped because they are not supportable for so long
(one example is Chromium which no longer builds with the GCC in Stretch
in current releases), but especially if you compare against RHEL/CentOS
the list of security-supported packages is probably 10 times higher
still :-)
