I think the kernel would be a whole project unto itself. :-) I'm thinking
of packages which have a common heritage, but are carrying a heavy patch
load which could conceivably be merged if we took the time to untangle it.

A brief tutorial on how to invoke it properly would be appreciated. :-) I
think there's a config file for the DEX site somewhere on alioth?
