Indeed, thanks for working on improving the infrastructure.

I'm not too concerned about fine-grained permissions at this stage.  Indeed,
I think it's advantageous for DEX participants to have broad permissions and
to be able to easily help each other out.  I assume we could retain this
model with multiple repositories?

Having a clean "git log" will definitely be useful when there are multiple
DEX teams.
