I would be willing to participate in a regular derivatives meeting on behalf
of Ubuntu.  Some suggested standing agenda items:

- Pain points and lessons learned from the past quarter
- Success stories to be shared
- Upcoming f2f events for the next quarter (conferences, etc.)

Agreed.

I think it would be valuable to have the best practices discussed here be
documented in the wiki, but I can't invest the time myself at present.

#debian-ubuntu is fairly active; is it worth considering deprecating it in
favor of #debian-derivatives?
